In case a product is not your number or it is not what you finally wanted, let us know about the return you wish to make in one of the following ways:

    The products you choose to replace your original order should be equal to or greater in value than those returned.

    You return the products you want to change at your own expense and as soon as we receive the returned ones, we send you the ones you want. 


    The return of any product must be made within ten calendar days from the date of purchase. Please enclose the retail receipt that you will find in the shipping package of your original order.

    The product must be returned with its packaging and barcode tags.

    For hygienic reasons, the following products must not be tried:

    -women's, men's and children's underwear

    -women, men and children jerseys and tops

    -socks & tights
